Restore Purchases?

Great game, fun and easy to play
But eventually you need to buy gold
To get decent weapons to advance.
Im a loser who dished out money for said weapons. Deleted the game to make room on my phone and when I downloaded the game back, all those fancy weapons, kits and extra gold.. Gone.

Is there a way to restore purchases???
